Hello! I’m Nate Tran, a user experience designer

I’m Nate, a UI/UX designer based in San Jose, California. I majored in design studies with a concentration in graphic design at San Jose State University.

My shift towards UI/UX design resides in my belief that art and technology should work together harmoniously to create a seamlessly blend between form and function. However, following my transition from graphic design to UI/UX design, the change proves to be challenging.

My goal as a designer is to facilitate interactions between user needs and satisfaction.

  • reading

    My favorite genres are philosophy and economics with the occasional fiction books here and there.

  • Traveling

    During my most recent trip to Singapore, I got to visit the famous Jewel Changi waterfall.

  • Portrait Photography

    I tend to specialize in portrait photography but I also like street, travel, and landscape photography.
